I have finished 4 years in College and I studied BS Computer Science at Interworld Colleges Foundation Inc. I am confident and I've got good communication skills and great customer service experience. Aside from my soft skills I would like describe myself as someone who is very passionate, dedicated, and driven. So I use these qualities in my professional life for the past years. I've been working in the BPO company for more than 6 years now. For the first 2 years in the BPO I've worked in Sutherland Philippines as a collections specialist for one of the credit card provider and banks in the US which is Credit One bank. I also got promoted as a subject matter expert and been recognized as the best support on floor reason why I was given a chance to handled a team . I've also worked with one of the biggest credit card provided in the UK which is Capital One UK billing dept, and the most recent one was with Classic Sleep Care where in we support durable medical equipment in one of the biggest healthcare services in the US which is Adapthealth Group of Companies (Billing Dept). Well I am proudly say that I am a flexible agent as I take both IB/OB calls. In Adapthealth billing dept. our main goal is not just to collect but to help our customers manage their credits. I am getting queries ad concerns regarding their account. What we are basically doing is that we are carefully assessing our customer's financial situation and their Ins status reading their explanation of benefits to make sure that we continue our service for them.
