A former Music Student from Unibersidad de Sta. Isabel. Got my job at the age of 21. Worked at Sutherland Global Services PH ( Camarines Sur Divison ) under an account for US Tax Preparation Software. Start off as a Customer Service Representative and with the span of 2 years got 3 promotions . From Customer Service Representative( Chat and Phone Support ) ( Tier 1 ) to Representative Support ( Tier 2 Support ).
At the start of the 2nd year in service as a Representative Support ( Tier 2 Support ) I got an email saying that with my great service to the company they will give me this promotion which in I will be able to choose which path of promotion do I want to be in. Got 2 choices to be a Quality Assistant or to be a Lead Support ( Tier 2 LEAD/Head ).
Chose to stay on my path as Lead Support to expand my knowledge and hone my skills even more specifically on handling not just sketchy customers concerns but as well as developing my team and all the representative under our division.
