Hi there! I’m a dependable and experienced IT Technician and Support Specialist, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in both technical support and remote administrative assistance. While I’ve taken on a variety of roles over the years, my primary expertise lies in IT support, particularly in Microsoft 365 environments, remote troubleshooting, and user support.

I currently work in IT, where I provide day-to-day tech support, manage systems, and help keep digital operations running smoothly. A major part of my IT background comes from my time at Bay Gardens Resorts, where I supported four properties across a wide range of responsibilities—from managing network issues and resolving hardware/software problems to setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook. That role taught me how to communicate effectively with non-technical users, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

On top of my IT foundation, I’ve built a solid track record in virtual assistance, customer service, and project support. I worked at Modern Business Marketing, where I handled customer communication, ticketing platforms, calendar and inbox management, and CRM updates using tools like Freshdesk, Odoo Helpdesk, and Spiceworks. I’ve also worked remotely on roles involving client onboarding, admin support, email and file organization, light transcription, social media messaging, and more.

I’m comfortable being your go-to tech person and your reliable assistant for managing the backend of your business.
