With over a decade of experience in customer service, sales, and team management, I bring a well-rounded and strategic approach to remote work. My professional journey spans over 12 years in the BPO sector, with 8 of those years spent in senior leadership positions where I led high-performing teams, drove customer satisfaction, and streamlined operational efficiency.

I possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, which allow me to engage with customers in a way that’s empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented. I’ve supported U.S.-based clients in industries such as telecommunications and grocery delivery services, giving me deep insight into customer expectations, service quality standards, and how to effectively manage escalations.

My technical capabilities include extensive experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, as well as ticketing tools that help me manage and document customer interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate data. I am comfortable working in remote environments and thrive with tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace to collaborate efficiently across teams.

Time management is one of my greatest strengths. I consistently meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and balance multiple responsibilities with ease—especially when handling high call volumes or overseeing service level performance. I also have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, which I use for reporting, performance tracking, and creating process documentation to improve workflow.
