Aliene Cheillo Mendoza

My objective is to obtain a responsible and challenging job that will utilize and enhance the skills that I gained with my previous positions.

Here are some of my skills & abilities:

1. Management
   •Being a Quality Assurance Specialist with Telstra (Telecommunication company – Australia) and being a Tutor, management would be the first skill that you have to learn as I have to manage e my time efficiently and finish my reports and task at a given time line or due date.
   •Also I have to manage the people who are under my bucket so that they will efficiently learn and cope up.

2. Sales
   •Being a Sales Associate with SiriusXM (Online Streaming / Satellite Radio Company – US), we were trained on how to MAKE and LOOK for a Sale as the product and service that we are offering is not an everyday necessity.

3. Communication
   •I have a good communication skills –verbal and written.

4. Leadership
   •As part of being a Quality Assurance Specialist, I was given the chance to lead the quality reports, weekly meetings and a class for our Training Team.
   •I also became a Class Officer during my High School and Elementary days.

5. Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
   •I became well versed with the techniques and formulas of Excel which are essential for the reports and since we are also presenting it with the clients I also get well versed with PowerPoint presentation making.
