I have over 5 years of work experience in the BPO Industry specifically in the area of Training and Development. I have handled Inbound and Outbound programs providing excellent customer service to several industries including telecommunication, financial, and broadcasting. I have also been responsible for creating presentations and materials for training, facilitating training sessions, providing coaching and feedback to agents and trainers, as well as managing and handling emails.

I have been a freelancer for more than a year and have taken on several projects like dropshipping, data entry, LinkedIn lead generation, training coordinator tasks, and many more.
