I have years of experience in the BPO industry, mostly with customer care. I used to work with AT&T Uverse and MetroPCS. I also worked with Barclaycard US. Currently, I am with United Healthcare working as a Member Services Advocate specifically with Medicare and Retirement Department. I am looking for a chance to shift to being a Virtual Assistant because I am looking for new learnings. I might not have any experience yet but you can count on my enthusiasm to learn, I am a Customer Satisfaction Rockstar as my manager says.
