I'm a technical support specialist with more than 3 years of experience. I am also well versed in using Phone, Email and chat as a medium for providing not only technical support but also customer service. Having worked with different telecommunications companies with my previous jobs, I was able to learn about different processes and techniques in providing efficient and accurate support.

Aside from this, I have also been working as a Database Assistant/Data Entry for more than 6 months and my tasks include mining data using different sites such as google, who.is records, Australian Yellow and Whitepages, facebook, twitter, linkedIn and any material I can use to get the needed data. This will then be encoded on either an excel file or google sheet to be imported to the online database at a later time. 

As a computer science graduate, I am flexible in learning new things aside from my current expertise. I also have experience with programming and web development and currently looking into delving myself into SEO and web marketing.
