I have been in the call center for 5 years before I became a Freelancer. I have handled Financial, Technical and Customer Service accounts.

I started working as a Freelancer in 2013. I started doing Data Entry and Lead Generation projects to start my Freelancing career. I got favorable feedback and was able to build a good profile with Upwork. I then went ahead and tried other tasks such as Hospitality, working as an Airbnb support for a company in Osaka. I then became a Data Analyst watching Twitter feeds from the UK and the US, forwarding breaking news to my employer. I am also working as a Billing Expeditor for a logistics company in California, coordinating with truckers upon successful delivery of their cargo making sure that all the needed documents are signed by the receiver to ensure proper and immediate completion of each transaction.

I make sure that I make myself flexible for whatever task is ahead. Making sure to communicate with my colleagues to ensure that my work meets the requirements of each client I work for. More than skills and know how, I believe that dedication and exceeding your 100% is what is needed to make each project successful.
