I have different experiences in many fields.

I have worked in a BPO setting as a technical support representative in AT&T, specializing in inbound and outbound calls; CapitalOne as a fraud specialist and Iron mountain as an account specialist for more than 2 years.

As a pharmacist myself, I have also worked as a clinical pharmacist specializing in medications for cardiology and pediatrics.

I also worked as an ESL teacher and a trainer for more than 3 years and I am currently working as a healthcare virtual assistant for HelloRache with duties such as medical transcription and insurance verification.

As you can see that I have experiences in different fields which shows my ability to adopt to different kinds of work. I would like to be of help and I can easily be trained to handle a lot of work.
