Hello, and Thank you for your consideration.

I have worked in the customer service business for nearly 15 years now whether is just customer service, billing or tech-support, I like solving problems and working in customer service helps me do that, while also understanding that even tho the answer to the problem is necessary it is also necessary to deliver this answers in a friendly manner balancing the customers needs and the company's needs.

Besides customer service I've also worked in video and audio editing, generating my own content, and post-production. Making use of Softwares such as audacity, sony vegas, blender, the youtube, and twitch platform, for which I was responsible for content creation, recording, editing, and scheduling.

I do wish to continue with this project, but right now it is difficult due to my economical situation, and this is the reason why I come here and why I think I you should choose me, this is not just another job, for me, this is a ticket to the completion of my personal goals.
