I am skilled in both voice and non - voice accounts for Customer Care as well as Technical Support. I have worked for Dell computers (Consumer and Small and Medium Business), Comcast Triple Play (Voice, Internet and Cable) and Telstra (Mobile Assurance).
I also do reporting for the said programs to be discussed with the clients. In saying so, I meet deadlines and often times give out precise and excellent reports ahead of time. I am open for any challenge that clients might bring and to also learn more along the process.
As I've mentioned, I am a Team Player but could also be a one man team if need be. Good numbers are not all I could give, I could also make sure that any transaction with a client would be the best that they would ever have.
I don't only deal with customers but I also do reports as well as data entry. In my free time, I also do editing and proofreading, photoshop and CSS.
