Alexis Echeverria

I have a combined 9 years of experience working in several industries including the BPO setting, captive site offices from multi-national companies, and as well as working remotely as an email support specialist and VA, customer service doing invoicing and residential billing and doing administrative tasks to scheduling and calendaring to managing employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a local business. I would say my forte would be in the customer service, billing, appointment setting, sales and lead generation sector since that is where most of my experience comes from and its naturally part of the jobs that I have been through. This enthusiasm allowed me to thrive in my previous work environments, having reached our targeted quota and beyond. The result was an appreciable increase in sales and overall revenues for the different companies that I worked with, and we had repeat attendance by multiple customers and overall, a high satisfaction rating from the customers as we were able to resolve their issues in one go. I’d like to say that I’m a people-oriented kind of person since I enjoy interacting with people daily and it gives me that boost and motivation to keep moving forward and be able to contribute to society. My experience working in the customer service and sales role honed my skills and ability to multitask and be able to quickly resolve issues under pressure and time constraint.  I’m also proficient in several software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and some of my skills include Social Media Management like handling Facebook Ads, Instagram, Airbnb, Google, Teams and Zoom. I think I would be a good fit for this role in servicing you as clients since I’m also very hungry and excited to learn more about this industry and I’m also looking forward to helping the next company that I’ll be working with to grow and develop.
