The Business Process Outsourcing Industry (BPO) has been my home for almost 5 years. I've been assigned to different roles and departments such as sales, reservations, troubleshooting, a travel analyst and billing. I was a Subject Matter Expert for a year. As a Subject Matter Expert, I was able to handle a much more challenging role, which included supervisor calls. I managed agents during their nesting period. I was able to work online for 6 months and I learned a lot. I was able to work with Shopify and my main task is answering emails, outbound calls, and back office task. It was exciting yet challenging. I was trained to do reports using excel and power point.

I'm willing to learn more and to be trained. I follow instructions quickly, minimum supervision needed. My goal is to finish the assigned tasks given to me in a timely manner and constructively. I will certainly do my best to fulfill my role. I'm looking forward to a permanent, full time and long-term job.
