I have been with the travel industy for 4 years, I’ve experienced handling both customers and business to business clients during my short time in the industry. I was able to develop both my customer service and sales skills.
I have experienced working in both International Airlines and International Travel Agency, where I was able to discover even more my love for travel. With my experience with Delta Airlines & Qantas Airways, It was different. With Delta Airlines, I only stayed behind the phones in handling my customers but with Qantas, as a sales officer, I had to go out of the office and visit them personally and do the sales personally plus I handled B2B clients unlike with Delta, I handled Direct Passengers.
For my travel agency experience, I was able to enhance both my customer service and sales skills, since besides handling walk-in customers and returning clients. I was assigned to handle and lead the sales team, which took care of B2B clients and all other suppliers for the packages that we sell. I was also able to go places through my stay with Guatson Travel. I was able to represent the company in international group tours and was even assigned to be a tour escort of our very own group tour to the Holy Land.
With all my experiences, I am very confident that I am fit for the position.
