My career in the BPO industry started in 2008 handling customer concerns from the U.S. for large companies and from there on, I have focused on improving and growing my horizon in the Customer Service field. I have been promoted from a level 1 agent to a Team Manager in a span of 2 years and moving from Billing to Technical support and was later on given a chance to undertake a financial campaign with a few selected individuals. This has given me an understanding of what more I can add to my skills which is why a few more years later, I joined an upstart company as a Training Supervisor as I foresee great opportunities in this career.
I am currently looking for new opportunities to keep my edge and to share my experience and knowledge with a company who will see my profile as a fit for their team. My goal is to contribute what i know and learned is best for the business and for the employees while making more for myself, for my son and wife.
