I'm a freelancer with over 10- years in the retail sector. I have extensive knowledge of dealing with staff, customers and finances. I am able to manage the day-to-day administration of business, including bookkeeping and accounting; as well as managing payroll. I am experienced in dealing with human resources, including writing contracts and dealing with the hiring process end-to-end. I am extremely capable in a general administrative capacity, and undertake to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner to minimise waste.
I am hard-working, organised, motivated and enthusiastic. I communicate well, and my written English is exceptional. I enjoy working independently and work well under pressure. I am confident of my ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work. I am highly adaptable, and am willing to teach myself new procedures or techniques in order to meet the expectations of an employer.
