I am an experienced Business Analyst. Over time I delivered 19 IT software apps successfully in 3 different industries. I am comfortable in a remote setting with international, English speaking teams. I like to work worked with both internal and external clients and stakeholders such as Managers, Directors, Product Owners, IT developers, IT Testers, System Engineers, IT Architects.

In my previous roles, I collected, analyzed, and formalized user requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders through workshops, emails, and interviews. I synthesized this information into clear and well-structured specifications, including user stories, mock-ups, and detailed acceptance criteria for prioritized functionalities and projects. Working closely with the scrum team, I followed up on projects to ensure successful delivery and collaborated with other business analysts to navigate complex projects effectively.

Additionally, I coached other business analysts, sharing knowledge, best practices, and expertise to foster growth within the team. I closely interacted with QA team members during acceptance criteria refinement meetings and sprint demo meetings. Within international scrum teams, I actively participated and collaborated to drive project success.

I utilized UML modeling and service contract creation and review to facilitate project understanding and execution. Managing bug reports and change requests, I ensured smooth application deployments across various businesses.

Furthermore, I prepared and delivered presentations and training sessions on end-user features and managed end-user documentation, maintaining a high-quality standard for online help, release notes, and customer forums. Lastly, I performed stakeholder analysis to understand and address key needs effectively, contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.
