My career journey began as a Customer Service Representative, where I was tasked with handling diverse accounts, including retail, primarily for Amazon, and healthcare services with Millennium1Solutions. In these roles, I was able to hone my ability to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer interaction left them satisfied. Working with Amazon, I became adept at handling a high volume of customer inquiries related to product orders, returns, and account issues, which sharpened my multitasking and time management skills. On the healthcare side, I worked closely with patients and healthcare providers, assisting with medical-related queries and offering solutions that helped streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
In addition to my customer service experience, I also worked as a Helpdesk Technician with Stefanini, where I further developed my technical abilities. In this position, I provided technical support to both internal employees and clients, helping troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues.
