As an electronic engineer I’ve been able to work on several tech related, as well as customer support positions, solving different type of issues. Thanks to that experience I understand the balance between troubleshooting and providing a good customer service to ensure the best customer experience possible. I have also worked for a number of accounts as customer support including AT&T and Quicken. On those accounts I’ve handled billing issues, so I’ve had a lot of training and coaching on good customer support practices. I also love the sales process and I've worked for over 4 years in sales for different accounts, including, Century Link, Comcast and AT&T. I am self taught and when there is an especific tool or software I need to use, I will try my best to learn it for myself. I am proficient in several applications, including all the Microsoft tools, (word, excel, power point), google drive services, open office, SDL Stratos, Prezi, Sketchup, Altium designer, Multimsim etc. I have a good understanding of Networking, HTML and basic web design.
