I have 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Management space and over those past 5 years I’ve managed over 150 commercial and corporate units in 12 buildings across 10 properties, totaling more than 1 million sq. ft. of leasable commercial property. This, complemented by prior experience of 5 years as a carpenter, 3 years as a welder/machinist and 5 years as a manager in several sales environments, truly sets me apart from my competition. I also hold a current NY State Real Estate Sales License and am actively pursuing my Certified Property Management License.
