Ever since I started my career path, I have always worked in international entourages. Sales and procurement are the areas where I have built up my experience. As you will read in my resume, during my years in PDVSA -the Venezuelan state-owned oil company-, I worked as international technical buyer. This work position allowed me to get familiar with highly dynamic environments that demand continue communication with the different tiers in the supply chain. Diverse projects when Negotiating with suppliers and buyers to keep oil stock in balance was needed.
In this period of 15 months I’ve demonstrated my value as a team member and leader taking actions to help and solve current issues and other complex situations after integration, besides that, I’m working leading a team to develop new business opportunities within the EMEA region. My background and experience working in various environment helps me drive results and handling projects and teams in a long term.
I have a very strong commercial drive and a pro-active attitude. Besides, all my previous job positions have required extensive training in technical fields. I am always eager to get new knowledge to get my goals. Therefore, I am confident that my skills and previous work experience will make a valuable asset to Maersk in the future, mainly for this Account Manager Position .
