I am now transitioning  to work as a full time freelancer.

I started my career a couple of years ago,  as a visual merchandising staff in the fashion retail industry for 2 years in Saudi Arabia and has been promoted as a (Visual Merchandiser Supervisor) to handle a small team in the store for store lay-out designs and merchandising.

After  2 years I accepted the offer to handle higher posts as Visual Manager for 2 different companies in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. 

After 8 years in Visual Merchandising Management, I then decided to drastically switch my career into a new industry which is the BPO.

The first company I have worked with was at (Sitel Philippines) as a Customer Sales Representative handling TELCO campaigns in the US. Selling Broadband Plans and Technical Support, When I was there we were able to lift the customer retention rate of the account and scale up the sales into significant revenue that year.

I stayed with COMCAST for 2 years then I resigned to seek new opportunities the following month I joined TELETECH Philippines supporting E-COMMERCE ACCOUNTS in 2 territories pioneered EBAY UK, the challenge back then was we were tasked to handle multiple concerns and disputes between Sellers and Buyers within eBay and Paypal. It was not easy at first but we have learned strategies to handle it confidently, we covered disputes and escalation with payments, shipping issues, buying, listings, categorization, account fraud, and a lot more. 

Having said that I am confident enough to provide my services to your organization in multiple channels via email calls and chat. I may not be able to point out every single detail of how I will contribute to your organization’s sustainability, I guess it’s fair to conclude better to show it by means of delivering what is expected from us first thing high-quality service to customers while supporting sales growth in the long term.
