Project Controls Manager, Central-South-Caribbean Region
Responsible for the management control of 45 EPC and plate structure projects with a combined budget of $1.5 billion.
Coordinated monthly project review meetings with 12 project managers which helped projects stay on budget and make adjustments as necessary.
Supervised four Project Controls Managers developing a team that met deadlines and prepared accurate reports to upper management.

Designed and implemented computerized systems for physical progress control of a $10.2 million detailed engineering and a $33.2 million procurement budget.

Oversaw cost control coordination and invoice control for the engineering, procurement, and construction of a $53.4 million crude oil pumping system from Apure to El Palito Refinery.
