I worked as a Customer Service Agent and Telemarketer with TeleTech. I call customers with regards to their credit management, offers them with better plans, advises them with different options and plans. I also handle costumers' complaints since I was also a Subject Matter Expert on our company. Often times, I receive extra bonuses for I always reach our quota. I love talking to other people, and I know it is always easier to have a task done if you love what you do.

I can say that my English skills are quite exceptional, both in speaking and writing. My typing skills are also good. My typing speed is at 50 wpm. I can do typing jobs, data entry, even writing.
