As an IT graduate and A multi-skilled, IT support analyst with experience in providing client-focused IT support and in successfully analyzing and resolving IT hardware/software and website problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Having the ability to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and possessing strong analytical and documentation skills.

In over 8 years of working experience with U.S Based Company — where I was exposed to all aspects of work. I am always eager to learn more and get experience in every way possible and always driven to deliver high-quality work.

My goal is to look for a new and challenging job, To gain more knowledge. I am willing to learn/train new things and enhance my skills to further my personal and professional development for the benefit of the company.
