My name is Akpokega Akporie, a graduate of the University of Ilorin. I am a detail oriented professional with a vast experience in customer relationship management with a proven track record of generating sales growth through excellent customer service delivery. I have been able to garner a whole of lot of skills over the years in various work experience. I started work at Brit properties as a sales executive. I also worked at Outcess Solutions Nigeria limited as a Customer service representative where I was able to demonstrate professional manners and etiquette in handling inbound and outbound calls, I ensured customer issues were promptly and accurately resolved efficiently, I recorded, compiled and submitted daily reports for evaluation of calls handled. I also ensured that customer issues which were beyond my jurisdiction where duly escalated to the right authorities for further resolution. I also worked at Okash Nigeria as a loan recovery officer where I always able to lend my support to delinquent customers by negotiating flexible repayment plans for overdue debts. My most recent job was at Opay Nigeria where I was majorly involved in merchant acquisition through onboarding and deployment of POS terminals and also acted as a field support for merchants with POS or transaction issues.
I consider myself industrious - hardworking. I am commercially aware - I know I have to work hard for the success of the organisation. I am disciplined, organised and have a strong work ethic. I am a collaborative and supportive co worker - I value team spirit a lot. I am also frugal, I ensure I develop plans and strategies to work in a cost effective way.
