Akash Mishra

I’m Akash Mishra, a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms, security, and DevSecOps. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with organizations like CIEL HR Services (LTI Mindtree), NIUM, Concentrix, and HCL Technologies, supporting enterprise infrastructure and driving secure, scalable solutions.

My expertise spans Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365, with hands-on work in IAM, security, PostgresSQL, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and SonarQube. I’m skilled in automation and scripting using Azure CLI, ARM templates, and PowerShell, and I have extensive experience managing virtual machines across AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and Docker.

At NIUM, I managed infrastructure and production support for over 175 employees, strengthening cloud operations, endpoint security, and backup solutions using Veeam and Azure Storage. At Concentrix, I specialized in Microsoft 365 support, handling Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. My earlier role at HCL Technologies gave me a solid foundation in technical troubleshooting and customer support.

I hold a B.A. in Public Administration and Computer Applications and have earned Microsoft certifications in 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Security Administration (MS-500). I’m passionate about building secure, efficient IT environments and continuously expanding my cloud and automation skills.
