I’ve spent the last decade helping companies grow by putting the right marketing and sales systems in place. Most of my work has been in fintech and payments, but the skills carry across industries — paid ads, partner programs, and building out the structure needed to hit aggressive revenue goals.

Right now, I’m the Director of Marketing at a payments company where I lead everything from ad campaigns to partner channel development. When I came in, there wasn’t much structure in place, so I built out workflows in HubSpot, ad funnels in Google and Meta, and full partner onboarding systems. A big part of my role has been creating referral programs for industries like insurance brokers, CPAs, and event planners. That means designing one-pagers, incentives, and landing pages that make it easy for people to refer and get rewarded — and making sure we’re tracking everything so it ties back to revenue.

I like building from scratch — taking something with no real system around it and creating a process that can be repeated and scaled. I’m detail-oriented but also scrappy enough to move quickly and adjust as needed. My sweet spot is balancing strategy with execution: one day I’m mapping out long-term channel goals, the next I’m writing ad copy or setting up an A/B test.

Collaboration is another big part of my work. I spend a lot of time working alongside sales teams, partner managers, and external stakeholders to make sure marketing isn’t just generating activity, but actual business.
