computer programs, maintaining calendars, updating spreadsheets, and other data entry tasks.

I am a methodical worker that always aims for a precise result. I make sure that the work that I do for you will always be efficient and effective.

I have a well-rounded skill set in customer service and honed talents in complaint resolution and inbound call handling. I am a recognized expert in customer service and a communicative collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in communication and problem-solving, including keen attention to detail and accuracy.

I also manage my small business online which gives me a basic knowledge of Digital Marketing. I am continually learning through my experiences and would like to enhance the skills that I have. I want to be part of a community that is eager to teach and learn. I am also a fast learner, when I learn something new I apply and practice it immediately until it becomes a new skill. Recently, I just graduated from a 6-week General Virtual Assistant Training provided by the Department of Information Technology. During the training, I learned how to use different tools and software that makes every job efficient and convenient.
