I'm a natural in what I do whether it's a customer service, technical support, chat or email support and even sales too. I find it very rewarding to dig deep and uncover solutions to challenges. It's like solving a puzzle or finding an object to a game. It's something I've always excelled at and something I enjoy. Much of the accounts I've handled is about finding innovative solutions to challenging issues, which is what drew me to this career path in the first place.
