My last job was at Convergys Philippines as QuickBooks Online accountant ROW ( Rest of the World except US, CA, UK and India) but really there is no much difference for the these QBO accounts and everything in here can be learned. I had zero knowledge when I landed at Convergys Ph but went to trainings provided by the company and self study. It was a wonderful 4-5 years of experience. And if only I did not give birth, I would not stop working there. The greatest challenged I faced so far is assisting customers from different regions as I need to apply different techniques in handling them and talking with them. I must say, I am grateful with my excellent customer service as I was able to handle them all. From time to time, I was one of the top agent in our department. Bank reconciliation was my favorite part of the system that time because I learned and understand the process really well through self study so it was easy then to assist my customers in using QBO. And to be honest, when I read your post and found QBO word there, I feel excited. Much more excited to work with you and your team. I do not have issues or trouble working either day shift of night shift.
