I am well organized, efficient, self-motivated, trainable, and adaptable. I have worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry for over 7 years as a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account (AT&T) in the US and Utility Account (Gas and Electricity) in Australia. I do billing, payments, complaints, service order requests, order management, and etc. I was also hired as an Account Manager here in Upwork for a Vacation Rental Business wherein I manage listings via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google Post, and Peerspace. Assist clients who are interested to have their property managed and list it to different booking platforms, and also communicates with guests before and during their stay.
I also have an experienced as a cold caller or an appointment setter for a web development company. Where I contact potential clients that needs help with web development for their businesses. I also worked as an Executive Assistant for Managing Directors. I assist them with Travel Support (Basic & Complex), Conference call and meeting coordination (Basic & Complex), Workspace and Restaurant Reservation, Research, Meeting Planning, Proactive Calendar Coordination, Access list and Site Maintenance, and lastly Special Projects as time allows.
Lastly, my most recent job project was an Admin Assistant for a Car Loan Financing Company in the US. I monitored the attendance of every employees on a day to day basis making sure that they were able to meet their goals everyday. And also conducts initial interview for some applicants via LinkedIn. My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both my employer as well as my customer.
