My journey started in an unexpected but deeply fulfilling way—as an Addiction Counselor. That experience taught me how powerful listening and empathy can be, and it shaped how I connect with people in every aspect of my career.

As I transitioned into customer service and sales, I found myself using those same skills in new ways. Whether it was ensuring a client was happy, improving service quality, or exceeding sales targets, I loved making a real impact. My time as a Quality Assurance Specialist sharpened my attention to detail and ability to coach teams toward excellence. Later, working in HR gave me firsthand experience in talent assessment, hiring, and team development—all of which helped me see the bigger picture of business operations.

One of my most rewarding roles was as a Professional Service Representative at United Laboratories, Inc. I had the opportunity to build relationships with healthcare professionals, craft marketing strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. I thrived on analyzing trends, delivering engaging presentations, and collaborating with teams to drive success.
