Aimee Vania Gregorio

I graduated with a degree in Education in 2002 and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers here in the Philippines on my first take in the same year. I taught English, World History and Economics to high school students for four years as my first job.
I changed career when I decided to start my own family in 2007. I worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for a total of six years. The accounts that I handled range from over the phone support for travel, telecommunications, financial companies to email and chat support.
In my experience working in the BPO industry, I got promoted twice, received several awards for being a top agent especially in the customer service area and rewarded with different gifts such as appliances and gadgets and cash incentives. Now, I continue to utilize what I have learned about excellent customer service from my call center experiences even as an English trainer for professionals. In fact, I haven't been given any dissatisfactory rating by my learners.
During my leisure time, I spend time with my children by bringing them to the mall and playing with them. I also love to hike mountains and join fun runs with my friends.
I love performing simply because I am gifted with many talents. I can confidently say that I am a fast learner. The skills that I have acquired in my years of exploring new things are still well-remembered.
