As a single mother i needed to be a father and a mother to my daughter. I live in a quiet community and have a 25mbps internet speed.I decided to file my resignation to my previous company and take a risk in this field so I can support my daughter. I have been chosen as Quality Analyst Apprentice to ensure that customer-service representatives are interacting with clients in ways that serve a business's best interests. I also act as Subject Matter Expert to support new employees to be familiar with our process and motivates them in order to achieve their goal and the team's scorecard. I have worked for YML Group as a Broker Assistant/ Financial Assistant and during my performance review I was commended by Supervisor for my eagerness and ability to adapt well with the nature of our job and was awarded as outstanding employee for the month of June.
