I am an experienced Customer Service Representative. I worked with 4 Outsourcing Companies already. In 2019 I entered the BPO Industry and worked in Alorica as Amazon Canada & US Customer Support. Then after that, I was hired by TaskUs as a Transcriber for Facebook portal. It's the surge of the Pandemic when I need to leave for I also got sick and had the chance to be self-employed and be an affiliate of a local logistics company wherein I earned a lot by referral. I am involved in sales and always do zoom presentations and cold calling. Then of course this kind of resource has an end. So when the brand get popular in the country I decided to apply again to BPO. I was hired by Teletech and trained for their Automotive account. Sadly, even after giving my best for almost 2 months, I am forced to leave the job because I can't maintain the needed score for the quality of calls. I am now working as a Customer Support and Appointment setter for Livesalesman and our clients are based in the US. At the same time in my free time, I always watch tutorial videos on how to be a virtual assistant. For I'm really looking forward to being a freelancer while earning and learning. And hopefully, own a team of freelancers.
