These task require skills:
- I got 3P's all the time. Passion, Patience and Perseverance. I believe in the quote 'Find the job that you love and you'll never work for the rest of your life.
- Well-versed in speaking and writing in English.
- Since I am a graduate of a Vocational Course Information and Communication Technology, I find it easier to do multi-tasking in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation.
- Working in Telecommunication Company provides me the knowledge of handling objections and customer service and customer retention.
- Time- Management and to work not just with quantity but also with quality. These two should go hand in hand.
- High Stress- tolerance. I can work under pressure especially as a Complaints Manager where we don't only resolve issues but provide assurance to customers.
I can say that all these experiences and learning equipped me to do more than what is expected as an outcome. Competition is all around the corner and a lot of freelacer online. So what made me different? What I can do as your Virtual Assistant?
