I also performed administrative tasks.
I am also skilled in managing emails and calendars. I have experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, and various CRM systems. Additionally, I am proficient in Avaya, Google applications, and Microsoft applications, along with other useful tools I learned while working in the BPO sector.
I used to work with flexible shifts because the changing schedules in BPO are constant, as well as being transferred from one line of business to another.
In my spare time, I enjoy using TikTok as a hobby, posting frequently about my adorable dogs. This has helped me gain a thousand followers, enabling me to activate my affiliate account and providing me with valuable insights into engaging with audiences on social media.
