Ahiadorme Akua Gloria

My name is Gloria Akua Ahiadorme.

I am currently studying Bachelor of Commerce in one of Ghana’s most prestigious universities( Cape Coast University). I also completed a Diploma in journalism and media studies ; did my attachments with Universal Multimedia Limited for 2years.

I also did my Internship with Ghana Scholarship Secretariat working under the Civil Service Administration.

I am a customer-oriented and dependable professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable me to interact confidently and respectfully with customers from diverse backgrounds. I listen carefully to customer needs, provide accurate information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a calm, patient, and solution-focused manner.

I am experienced in handling multiple customer requests while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. I understand the importance of representing an organization positively and upholding its standards at all times. My ability to work under pressure allows me to manage challenging situations effectively without compromising service quality.

In addition, I am comfortable using basic computer applications for data entry, record-keeping, and customer support tasks. I work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a cooperative and welcoming service environment. I am reliable, adaptable, and open to learning new systems and procedures. With a strong work ethic and positive attitude, I am eager to contribute to an organization that values excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
