I’m a Virtual Assistant and Operations Support Specialist who helps businesses stay organized, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes. I support day-to-day operations by managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating schedules, maintaining CRM systems, handling documentation, and ensuring consistent follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.

I work confidently with tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, Airtable, Calendly, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and ticketing and communication platforms, adapting quickly to new systems as needed. These tools allow me to keep workflows structured, information accurate, and communication clear across teams.

Alongside operations support, I have strong experience in customer support, handling email, chat, and phone inquiries with patience, professionalism, and empathy. I’m comfortable resolving issues, managing billing-related questions, and escalating concerns appropriately, always keeping the customer experience in mind.
