I am a highly experienced telecom rollout and project execution specialist with over 19 years in the telecommunications industry in Ericsson, including work with global operators Singtel, M1, Telekom Malaysia, Smart Philippines, Indosat, Telkomsel (Indonesia). My expertise spans field deployment supervision, site audit and EHS compliance, integration, documentation handover, and subcontractor coordination.

I’ve led large-scale in-building deployments, 5G modernization rollouts, and transmission upgrades across Southeast Asia. I’m also technically skilled in tools like Ericsson’s ServiceOn, Intelligent Deployment Tool (IDT), Minilink, SPO1400, and NMS/IPT systems.

My ability to improvise and automate existing processes. I’m known for my ability to learn and adopt new platforms rapidly — including training contractors and internal teams. I bring strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to execute projects efficiently and safely.
