I have a total of 4 years of work experience in the bpo industry, 2 years in sales, and over a year in a work from home setup.
I was with Citibank as a financial associate, handling debit and credit card calls, assisting them with fees, and funds transfer, I was a tier 2 customer service as well with Sykes Google account, we handle supervisory calls, some technical support, and Order Management. And then I decided to try work from home set up as an executive assistant doing some data entry, recruiting and appointment setting, I was also an Email/Chat support at the best of retrogaming assisting customers in different areas like order management, shipping and logistics, payment disputes and technical support.
