I've had many years experience in customer management and i also have a diploma in Nursing. Prior to that I've worked with loop support as a customer support representative where I achieved my daily quota of 8 transferred calls to the Licensed Life Insurance Advisor leading to a successful sales . I've also worked with clipboard health as a customer support specialist where I provided inbound calls to customers in a call center environment. Finally I've also worked with rent to own as a chat support Agent where I conducted inbound and outbound calls to customers interested in our rent to own homes.
