I’ve been working with data analyzation and reports visualization for 5 years now. I worked with different departments in BPO companies - email support, chat support, technical, customer service, escalations, workforce, reports, data analysis, and team management departments. This is really where I gained my experiences, from working independently to facing clients. My most recent experience is being a Stats Virtual Assistant (reports department). I also did Social Media Management and Data Analytics using Zoho Analytics and Google Analytics.
I am very keen to details which makes me a perfectionist when it comes to doing tasks. I always build a good relationship with colleagues which makes it easier for all team members to do their job. I can also work with a minimal to no supervision. I am very flexible when it comes to work and very dependable at any tasks.
