I worked closely with other departments such as technical support, sales, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience. I made used of tools like vici dials , convo dials, Microsoft suites, zendex, Microsoft office, chase dials, slack, teams, flock. My experience as a Customer Care Agent honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, time management , empathy and customer service. I developed a deep understanding of customer needs and company operations, which enabled me to provide effective support and contribute positively to the overall customer experience.
