Adeoluwa Babatope

I am a Product Operation professional with over 6 years of experience leading initiatives to improve processes and driving cross-functional teams to develop solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Throughout my career, I have been in various leadership roles. Currently, I am a Technical Program Manager at an EduTech Startup where I lead the development of an AI tool to automate coaching service delivery to clients. It’s an exciting role for me because I leverage both my strategic mindset and operation excellence skills to drive the product from ideation to launch.

Prior to this experience, I was a Product Operations Manager at Meta where I managed a portfolio of 3 monetization products. I led cross-functional teams through the multiple programs that I managed, that were aimed at improving the engineering processes and the successful launch of Facebook products. 

Achieving positive results in these roles entailed honing my skills and experience such as effective communication, project management, and developing actionable insights from product performance data. I’d also attribute my career success to my background in computer science and business degree that I recently obtained from Washington University in St Louis - which have helped me to understand the product ecosystem and develop key soft skills like leadership.
