I worked for 2 years as Customer Service Personnel at Thames Valley International College. During these years, I developed impeccable phone manners to parents(clients) who called to check on their wards. I diplomatically handled distressed customers who are agitated over their children's health and handled them professionally and ascertained safety.
Also, I worked in the administrative department with the manager to purchase local and international books for the national and foreign examinations in the college.
