I’m from Lagos, Nigeria. With a diverse career spanning law, real estate, and telecommunications, I’ve developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and staying organized.
In my early career at a law firm, I managed administrative tasks and learned the value of attention to detail. Moving on to a furniture company, I honed my customer relations skills, assisting clients with orders and inquiries. My time in telecommunications further sharpened my problem-solving abilities, dealing with billing issues and providing technical support.
Most recently, at a real estate company, I thrived in a fast-paced environment, handling client appointments and concerns while ensuring satisfaction. I’m particularly proud of implementing a new filing system at the law firm, significantly improving office productivity.
To stay relevant and enhance my skills in the evolving field of virtual assistance, I have undergone a 5-week virtual assistance training with DG Empowerment HUB and 8-week virtual assistant training with ALX. These programs have equipped me with up-to-date knowledge and practical skills essential for a successful virtual assistant role
My Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a diploma in Social Development and Administration have provided a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics. My commitment to customer support, clear communication, problem-solving, and task management make me an excellent fit for the virtual assistant role. I’m eager to bring these skills to your team and support your mission.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering and traveling, which allow me to connect with people and make a positive impact. I'm looking forward to contributing my expertise to your organization and making a meaningful impact. Thank you!
