These programs have broadened my understanding of customer engagement, problem solving and sales conversion strategies.
My time with Ayanjo Dance Company involved managing customer experience for events and merchandise. I learned to balance creativity with structure ensuring that clients received timely response and support with human touch. Prior to this I spent 4years as a primary school teacher, a role that refined my patience, communication and people management skills. My core strength is live chat, conflict resolution, strong communication, customer retention, being teachable, proactiveness to mention a few.
